A written record of how people work together on Omnifi projects — the decisions, the conventions, and the reasoning behind them, kept where anyone can read it.
What this is
This handbook is a plain-text, version-controlled account of how Omnifi works. It's written and reviewed the same way as the code it describes, by the people doing the work, rather than handed down from somewhere else.
It's for anyone contributing to an Omnifi project, and for anyone curious how a cooperative building open source software actually organises itself.
It is genuinely early. Large parts of it are still sketches, and one of the four sections below is itself a proposal to restructure the rest before too much more gets written. What's here already is real — just expect it to keep changing.
